  • Maintenance warranty of up to 6 months 

Our Process

Personal consultation

We get to know each other with our primary meeting and discuss your vision for your home. All your preliminary ideas and requirements are discussed here along with the approximate budget for the build.

Assess land quality

Next the land quality is assessed to identify what is practical to build on the kind of land you have.

Personalise your home

You are closely involved in the selection process, you or your interior designer work together to select the fixtures, color schemes, fittings, tiling, cabinetry, lighting, brick style, and all the visual aspects of your home. We are happy to work around the budget you have set.

Select your home plan

Once we have a clear idea of the kind of home you are looking to build – your requirements, must have and nice to have features, we suggest floor plan options to choose from – both custom and standard, or work on a floor plan your architect has prepared.

Secure home

We work with an approved Master Builders Association building contract. You are then closely updated about the stage your build is at.

Building your home

You are closely updated about the stage your home build is at and we are open to scheduled inspections as required. In order to make it as smooth as possible for you, a professional approach with clear communications is what you can expect from us at all times throughout the home building process.

Handover and Maintenance Warranty

You now have your home with a 6 years standard home owners warranty, and an extended 6 months of maintenance warranty (which usually is up to 3 months only).
